New Construction Inspection in Central Florida
CMI-certified | InterNACHI | License HI9899 | 321-222-3116
Buying new construction doesn’t guarantee a defect-free home. Builder quality control varies, subcontractors work under time pressure, and municipal inspectors cover code minimums — not your interests. A third-party new construction inspection protects your investment and gives you documented evidence to hold the builder accountable.
Phase Inspections We Offer
Pre-Foundation / Pre-Slab
Before the concrete is poured, we verify that plumbing rough-in, vapor barrier, rebar placement, and compaction are correct. Problems found here cost almost nothing to fix. Problems found after the slab is poured are expensive and sometimes impossible to correct.
Pre-Drywall (Framing) Inspection
After framing, electrical rough-in, plumbing rough-in, and HVAC rough-in are complete — before the drywall goes up. This is the most valuable new construction inspection. We verify proper framing, hurricane straps and clips, electrical wiring and boxes, plumbing supply and drain lines, and HVAC ductwork routing while everything is still visible and accessible.
Final / Move-In Inspection
A complete inspection of the finished home before you close. We check all systems, finishes, appliances, and exterior, then document everything for your pre-close punch list and builder warranty claims.
11-Month Warranty Inspection
Most new construction homes come with a one-year builder warranty. An 11-month inspection lets you submit warranty claims before coverage expires. Book it in month 10 or 11 of occupancy.
Don’t move in without an inspection. Call or text 321-222-3116 or book online.
